Allison Knott, MS, RDN, CSSD is a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in sports nutrition based in New York City. She is the founder of Anew Well Nutrition, a virtual nutrition consulting practice that focuses on fitness and performance nutrition. She has worked with fitness enthusiasts of all levels including collegiate athletes and amateur endurance athletes. She also has the unique experience of supporting multiple professional sports teams with their food and nutrition programs. Allison is an experienced nutrition consultant and speaker. She has been featured in multiple television segments and in national publications including Healthline, EatingWell, POPSUGAR, TIME Health, Shape, MyFitnessPal, Aaptiv, Bicycling, and Boston Magazine. Allison is a self-taught cook and is a pro at avoiding meal prep. You can find her making meals on the fly and regularly sharing her recipe-less cooking on social media.

Education
Allison received her bachelors of science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga which was followed by a dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She went on to complete a master of science in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston, MA. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has served as the Assistant Editor of the Wellness and Cardiovascular subunit newsletter for the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Dietetic practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and as the President of the Chattanooga Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
